Dr. Kosior is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Physical Therapy and Director of Outcomes Assessment for the School of Health Sciences. A Quinnipiac Alumni '03, '06, Dr. Kosior has been a full-time faculty member within the School of Health Sciences since 2011. A Center for Excellence in Teaching and Service to Students recipient in 2015, Dr. Kosior is an active member of the university community. Dr. Kosior serves on the Faculty Senate, Faculty Senate Executive Committee, University Curriculum Committee, Finance and Future Plans Committee, and the Center for Excellence in Teaching and Service to Students Board.

Dr. Kosior currently teaches Introduction to Clinical Decision Making, Differential Diagnosis, and Advanced Clinical Decision Making in the Doctorate of Physical Therapy program. His professional experiences span over 15 years in various health care settings including professional sports, private practice, and health professional education add to his interactive teaching style.

Dr. Kosior's research interests include exploring the intersection of cognitive psychology and health profession education in relation to clinical decision making.
