Joseph P. Gaspar is an associate professor of management in the School of Business. His research focuses on deception, ethics, and decision making in negotiations and organizations. His research has been published in highly respected management, psychology, and business ethics journals. In 2016, Joseph received the Quinnipiac University Faculty Scholar Award, and in 2015, Joseph’s co-authored paper on ethical conflicts was selected as a finalist for the Business Ethics Quarterly Best Article Award. Joseph teaches management, negotiation, and business ethics in the MBA and MSOL programs in the School of Business. Joseph received his BS from Penn State University and PhD (organizational behavior and economics) from Rutgers University.
